**Description**
**Responsibilities:**
* Pursue and close new business from Dealership, Body Shop, Insurance Agents, Hotels, Corporate accounts, and FBOs within a specific territory
* Manage and maintain key relationships with top accounts in the territory
* Determine marketplace potential and develop growth strategies
* Update marketing activities in CRM
* Prepare and present weekly reports detailing target accounts, accounts in pipeline, and closed business
* Negotiate agreements including proposals and commission structures
* Maintain strong relationships with Branch Rental Managers, and strategize/coordinate marketing activities to maximize coverage
* Develop thorough understanding of competitor activities and strategies to sell against them
* Must be available for after-hours hotel needs. This includes after-hours phone calls, responding to emails, events, and last minute deliveries.
**Requirements:**
* Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting
* Experience in dealership accounting is not required but a plus
* Knowledge in Excel and Outlook
* Detail oriented and well-organized
* Ability to work in an environment requiring multi-tasking abilities
* Must have one or more years of working experience in the accounting field
