Our Entry Level Account Manager will be responsible for learning and teaching basic customer service and sales functions, all while learning the key areas of the business and executing all client expectations and initiatives. Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Account Manager

• Work directly with customers to educate them on our client's products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies
• Teach other Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representatives basic sales fundamentals to develop their skills further
• Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
• Assist other Entry Level Account Managers and the Upper Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
• Execute territory research to fully understand customer needs and to instill confidence within Customer Service & Sales Representatives and troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
• Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to help foster team camaraderie and inclusivity between departments
• Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our Customer Service & Sales Representatives, and a stellar customer experience

Key Attributes Of Our Entry Level Account Manager :

• A degree in Management, Business Administration, Sales, HR, and/or Marketing is preferred
• 1 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales is required
• Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
• Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
• The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
• Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
