Document Control Coordinator
Location : Remote (Central Eastern time preferred)
Job Summary :
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for posting, logging, and tracking internal and vender documentation related to project documents (drawings, datasheets, manuals, incoming / outgoing emails, stress isometrics etc.
notifying the project manager, project engineer as well as any other pertinent parties of any vender documentation made available and logging transmittals sent to and from the client.
Qualification Requirements : (Must have Process Plant Experience)
5 years of experience in document control management.
Experience with P&ID's
- A.A.S. degree preferred.
- Autodesk Vault or similar document management software is essential.
- Preferred experience working for an engineering company.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, Gmail, BlueBeam is essential.
- Must be comfortable learning and using multiple computer programs, i.e., computer savvy.
- Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and possess excellent communications skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
BlueBeam Documentation control is a plus
