**Overview:**

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards in construction projects.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and directing construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and schedules
• Utilize construction management software such as Viewpoint TEAM, Pro-Core, or E-builder for project documentation
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and quality control measures on-site
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Blue Beam for design mark ups and take offs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction processes including building codes, contracts, and regulations
• Experience with project scheduling, construction estimating, and time management
• Familiarity with construction management software for efficient project tracking
• Bilingual
