About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Digital Marketing with a strong, data-driven approach to lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing digital strategies, developing and executing digital performance campaigns, and playing a key role in setting and achieving KPIs. This role involves building market awareness, driving demand to the company's sales funnel, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to meet marketing goals. The VP of Digital Marketing will also be tasked with developing an SEO-optimized website, managing online and offline conversion points, and optimizing digital marketing efforts with a focus on test and learn methodologies. Additionally, the role includes leading the customer service and inbound sales team, managing the company's paid media presence, and staying abreast of emerging technologies for adoption.The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within a high-growth, manufacturing-driven environment. A proven track record as a Digital Marketing Director, expertise in B2B eCommerce, paid media, ad campaigns, and SEO/SEM, as well as experience with web analytics and CRM platforms, are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical, project management, and critical thinking skills, who is adept at multitasking and performing under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage both independently and as part of a small business team are also necessary. While not required, experience in government contract sales and a BS/BA in marketing or a relevant field are considered a plus.
