We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Receivable Department in FormAll, our sister company to Prairie Supply, Inc. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills, a strong interest in accounting and finance, and the capability to understand and follow detailed instructions. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for entering transaction information into the accounting system, processing payments and complying with the company’s invoicing policies.
Duties
Responsibilities:
Provide payment information to
customers. departments.
Contract set up & closings.
Responsible for accurate & timely
invoicing of new contracts & rebills in collaboration with the sales
Reconcile invoices with customers.
Prepare & send monthly
statements.
Use a computer system to provide data
to employees and customers.
Reconcile invoices with customers.
Read and analyze customer
information.
