PRAESCIENT ANALYTICS is Hiring an Operations Specialist Intern Near Fairfax, VA

Praescient Analytics is in search of an Operations Specialist Intern to support the development of its internal operations. Working directly with the Chief Operating Officer and the Human Resources team, the Operations Specialist will:

  • Develop and improve upon current policies and procedures
  • Assist in full cycle recruiting efforts, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and drafting offer letters
  • Manage workflows and processes for other internship departments
  • Coordinate and manage employee events
  • Work with Social Media and Public Relations teams to produce monthly newsletters, recruitment blasts
  • Assist Finance department in reconciliations and expenses
  • Coordinate with Business Development to understand trends and develop processes to staff candidates effectively
  • Participate in Praescient Daily Briefs, research current Intelligence trends, and present findings to the leadership team

The Operations Specialist Intern should have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable with working directly with leadership and executive staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management

Praescient Analytics headquarters is located in Fairfax, VA. We intend for this internship to be completed in person. Praescient Analytics follows CDC guidelines as it pertains to hiring employees during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This internship is unpaid, but eligible for academic or course credit if approved by your educational institution.
