Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy to include charitable giving, matching gifts, and coordinating the company’s internal and external volunteer activities under the direction of the Events and Community Engagement Manager. Community Engagement Responsibilities: Provides logistical support to arrange allocations to charitable recipients throughout the year by maintaining the CSR database to ensure tracking and completion of sponsorship agreements Ensures the invoicing process is efficient and aligns with the budget to account for recipients Guarantees sponsorship benefits and deliverables are received per sponsorship agreements Staff the Charitable Giving Committee to assist in deciding upon charitable giving recipients, including review of Site and employee requests received throughout the year Supports PRA’s Relationship Managers (RMs) by maintaining oversight of partnerships Coordinates with the Communications Team to: Ensure PRA Group brand guidelines are followed by all community partners; Craft talking points for SLT members at community events; Advise on community engagement opportunities for media advisories, press releases, and social media or newsroom pieces Attends community engagement events requiring PRA Group representation, as appropriat Matching Gift Program Responsibilities: Coordinates and promote the Matching Gift Program Reviews all matching gift requests to ensure nonprofits meet charitable giving guidelines Ensures the invoicing process is efficient and aligns with the budget Updates policies as needed Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Responsibilities: Coordinates and promote the VTO program Continuously solicit and collect information related to possible volunteer events Ensures the promotion of PRA in all volunteer opportunities/events Staff the VTO Committee Corporate Events Responsibilities: As needed, assists the Events and Community Engagement Specialist on developing, coordinating, and executing internal and external events throughout the US Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Philanthropic Studies, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Social Services, Communications, or any related field 1-3 years of nonprofit and/or CSR experience Ability to serve as liaison for the Company with external agencies and vendors Ability to travel (<10%) Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and executing projects with multiple stakeholders Exceptional communication, writing, and proofreading skills Poised in working with senior leadership, community stakeholders, and employee volunteers alike Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Forms, Sharepoint), CSR software (i.e. Benevity, BrightFunds, YourCause, etc.) (required) Proficiency and knowledge of: Coupa, project management systems (i.e. Airtable), marketing automation / emailing software (i.e. Survey Monkey/Mail Chimp) (a plus) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of age, race, color, sex, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, citizenship, or any other classes recognized by state or local law or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.
