PPPM is Hiring a Property Manager Near Aspen, CO

Property management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team! We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties.

The perfect candidate:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years property manager experience
  • Be detailed oriented, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have problem solving & critical thinking skills in addition to being a self starter and work independently.
  • To-Do and Workforce app. experience is preferred
  • Bring your A game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
  • Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner's goal in mind.
  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients
  • Manage multiple projects with various subcontractors
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Update job and market knowledge

Skills

  • Proven work experience as property manager
  • Fully understanding property management
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer focus
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills

Ski Pass, Possible profit sharing/performance bonus after a period of time. Work truck and tools.
