Confidential is Hiring a Property Manager Near Aspen, CO

Well established Property Management company looking for a full time, year-round experienced property manager to join our team. Candidate must have a clean driving record and valid Colorado driver’s license. Superior wages and benefits including health insurance, 401K, ski pass and performance-based bonuses. Manage all aspects of assigned properties. Arrange and supervise vendors to meet exacting client and employer standards. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with high-net-worth clients. Prior work experience as a property manager, with general knowledge of construction process and protocol. Candidate must be self-motivated, responsive, organized, detail oriented, and a team player. Must also possess excellent written & oral communication, computer, and people skills. This position requires you to have permanent housing in the Roaring Fork Valley area. We do not provide housing or relocation assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
