Description:

We are looking for someone who can fulfill the above and is a pleasure to be around. Someone who very much wants to be challenged and grow to unlimited heights. They need to be able to take ideas and bullet points and create something out of it. Naturally wants to work fast, make quick decisions, and not look back. Keeps moving forward always and does not become a victim to the things we cannot control. Relative understanding of business and must be willing to get a real estate license if they do not have one already. Good knowledge in the creative space including print and email marketing, social media, and overall design. Must be willing to learn and open to constructive criticism and feedback. Must also be willing to challenge me and the other team members when they feel strongly. Open-minded to any and all things that might happen, could happen, and will happen.

Duties:

Transaction Coordinator

Use of all contract documents

Listing management

Database contact via calls, texts, emails

Email marketing campaigns

Social media management

Database management

Google systems

Direct mail and greeting cards

Tracking numbers and financials

Vendor relationships / sponsorships

Systems & models creation
