This is an entry level position, with a Sales and Fulfillment Service focus, providing an opportunity to learn our business, products, and customers. There will be progressive development to take on more Sales, Fulfillment, & Customer Support responsibilities, as you learn and grow with the PUPCO Organization – with opportunities based upon overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service and Support to the Sales and Fulfillment Service Teams. 
• Provide Customer Tracking, Item Fulfillment, and other information in a timely manner.
• Assist the Sales Team with Quote and Sales Order Entry Support. 
• Print Pick Tickets and submit to the Fulfillment Team on a regular cadence. 
• Provide General Administrative Support to the Sales and Fulfillment Service Teams.
• Generate daily and weekly reports, submitting to the Team, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate-level degree or relevant experience. 
• Comfortable with technology. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
