We are looking for a Sr. Product Engineer to drive the back-end development of these new innovative and challenging products like our Innoswitch AC-DC converters, Bridgeswitch motor drivers, and Scale-EV drivers. These cutting edge products combine the benefits of high thermal efficient packages, flux-link technology, LDMOS and/or proprietary high voltage GaN technology. The diverse set of problems encountered require an engineer who can eventually grow to autonomously drive detailed planning, bench debugging, data analysis and problem solving in a cross-functional team of Test, Process, Packaging, QA, Marketing and Applications Engineering. This broad scope of work and steep learning curve will require an apprenticeship with both Sr. Staff PE and the Sr. PCE (Product Characterization Engineer) to gain familiarity with the products and their complex development flow.

To be successful in the position, we are looking for a candidate that has tangible and demonstratable strengths in the following areas:
Minimum qualifications include: B.S. or M.S in EE, Materials Engineering, or Engineering Physics. 3-5 years experience in the electronics industry, preferably as a H/W, Computer, or Product Engineer.
Pay: $145K commensurate with experience.
