Job Description: The Analog Product Engineer will support the cross-functional new product development teams. The candidate will interface as a central resource with the project lead, design, application, process, test engineers, marketing, reliability, failure analysis, and manufacturing teams to release projects from design phase to high volume production. Duties include the following: Generate validation and characterization plans and reports. Perform electrical validation and characterization on bench. Analyze data collected on ATE and bench. Track project progress and ensure project schedule is met. Document and present findings to the new product development team in an organized manner. Work with reliability team to qualify new product and new process. Interact with Application engineers and Failure analysis team to support customer return and failure analysis. Work with worldwide team to release new product to mass production and sustain existing products. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and cost. Requirements/Qualifications: Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline. 0-4 years experience in electrical engineering. Knowledge of solid state physics and microelectronics is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Must possess excellent presentation skills Understands and complies with TS16949 or IATF16949 Lab skills and hands-on experience with test equipment Familiarity with multiple program languages, preferably Labview, C/C , MATLAB, and Visual Basic Ability to develop project plans Experience with high voltage analog, Switchers (Buck, Boost), and power management devices is a plus. Travel Time: 0% - 25% Physical Attributes: Feeling, Hearing, Other, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others Physical Requirements: 80% Sitting, 10% Walking, 10% Standing, Usual Business Hours Pay Range: The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $64,480 - $128,000, dependent on specific skills and work experience. We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
