Power Design, Inc. is Hiring a Recruiting coordinator Near Petersburg, FL

About the Position

Are you a well-organized, passionate people person with an interest in making an impact on your organization? Then the Recruiting coordinator positions might be a great fit for you.

This role represents the recruiting team to internal and external customers by delivering exceptional "wow" customer service and support to the director of recruiting.

This position contributes to the overall success of the team by representing Power Design and the recruitment function throughout the organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Recruiting, and staffing team in Workday (pulling reports, metrics, etc.)
  • Support and assist the Director of Recruiting day-to-day meetings including managing their calendar, taking notes, and helping them complete company and executive initiatives.
  • Help to highlight our positive culture by planning team lunches / birthdays / anniversary celebrations.
  • Organize and assist with all College Career Fair administrative responsibilities.
  • Organize and assist with the #PDIntern internship program (hiring process / networking events, interview schedules, etc.)
  • Aid candidates by directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and providing information and resources upon request.
  • Support the recruiting team by assisting in scheduling meetings / interviews, reserving conference rooms, and interview coordination and confirmation.
  • Collaborate with Communication and Marketing teams to create content to help the recruitment team share and attract top talent.
  • Routine checks of our internal and external job postings for accuracy.
  • Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Here's What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and two years of related work experience required.
  • Work experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in superior customer service to provide and deliver professional, helpful, high-quality service and assistance to achieve desired, expressed, and unarticulated optimal results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in Excel utilizing data analysis
  • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
