Petersburg, the café will feature a full-time chef, a fresh menu, and indoor / outdoor seating where an experienced personality will prepare high-quality and delicious food.

position details / responsibilities
- Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation
- Receiving, handling, storing and rotating of all food products
- Set up and stock line stations with all necessary supplies for daily service
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high level food preparation standards
- Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of all back of house areas

- Minimum 5 years as a line cook in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a customer first mentality
- Self- motivated individual with a passion for creativity and professionalism
- Hard working culinary team member who can multitask in an efficient and timely manner
