Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Manage your own schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, business owners, and contractors (BE ON TIME)
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesrabbit or other CRM
- Ability to walk on tall/steep roofs
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Proficiency with smart phone pictures
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel for client meetings
