Position Summary
(a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Program Manager who shall provide effective and efficient oversight of all support services and operations requirements contained within this statement of work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overall program management, quality control (QC), training, supervision of the Support Services Team, and implementing the Health and Safety Plan.* The PM's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's Support Services Team.* The PM's primary responsibilities include (nut are not limited to): Overseeing, and responsibility of, the implementation of the contract's scope of service, meeting both Agency goals and standard, and ensuring program policies and procedures (such as Security Policies and Health and Safety Plans, Policies, and Guidelines) are followed by all staff.* Develops, implements, and maintains continuous quality improvement, and emphasizes quality customer service skills among all staff.* Meets regularly with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) to improve processes, policies, and procedures in support of the Agency's overall mission - specifically by supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes, and organizational planning.* The PM ensures maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the Support Services Team through continuous improvements of each function, as well as coordination and communication between functions.* The PM works with other Management Team members to support program awareness across teams, collaborating whenever possible.* The PM must be able to drive Management Team and Agency initiatives which contribute to long-term operations excellence.* Performs administrative tasks related to contract and Agency requirements, such as monthly and semi-annual reports, correspondence, and other contract responses and updates as required.* Oversees overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree* Five (5) years' relevant experience in Project Management* PMP Certificate* Proven Experience in Project Management* Prior Experience in Government Contracting or with the FAA a Plus

* Demonstrated Attention to Detail* Excellent Written, Oral, and Interpersonal Skills* Ability to Meet Critical Deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands
* Most of the work is performed indoors.* Work in occupation may involve prolonged sitting and making repetitive motions more than 1/3 of the time.* May have to lift and carry mail or boxes weighing up to 60 lbs.
