Receptionist Job Description

Rapidly growing company in CLEARWATER, FL looking for a Receptionist!

YOUR MISSION:

Your goal as a receptionist is to ensure every call gets answered with a warm welcome, according to our protocols. It’s a rewarding position and there’s never a dull moment!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Natural-sounding and pleasant phone voice.

· Able to handle unhappy callers with grace and ease and get them to the person who will help them.

· Get along with others easily, as you'd be working with other receptionists and the entire PostcardMania team!

WORK HOURS:

· This is a Part Time office position (we are open to Full Time applicants)

· Monday through Friday 4pm – 8pm, and Saturday 10am – 4pm

COMPENSATION:

· Pay is $15.00/hr to start
