We have a huge following and the most amazing customers who will be thrilled to see you when they walk in the door. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, making sure the space is clean, stocked, and organized, and having fun while bringing a smile to people’s faces! The product sells itself, and we don't ever like to be pushy with customers, so do not feel like this is a sales job! 

This job is for people who love the smell of leather, love being helpful and organizing beautiful products, and enjoy being social. Our ideal applicant will be flexible to work varied hours and have full weekend availability. We are looking to hire a few part-time Retail Associates who can work 24-29 hours a week.

We plan to have our dream team ready to start on May 20th. Our team will be reviewing and scheduling first interviews from April 16th - April 26th via zoom. Second interviews will be scheduled in person during the week of April 29th- May 2nd. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Comprehensive understanding and upkeep with the store products.
• Collaborate with all team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized
• Maintaining a consistent advanced level of customer service
• Inviting the customer to view our website or join our mailing list to keep up to date with specials and new releases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of proper payment procedures
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Friendly outgoing personality
• A team player is a must!
• High school diploma or higher 
• One year minimum of customer service experience required
• Familiarity with POS systems and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 lbs
