We have a huge following and the most amazing customers who will be thrilled to see you when they walk in the door. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, making sure the space is clean, stocked, and organized, and having fun while bringing a smile to people’s faces! The product sells itself, and we don't ever like to be pushy with customers, so do not feel like this is a sales job!
This job is for people who love the smell of leather, love being helpful and organizing beautiful products, and enjoy being social. Our ideal applicant will be flexible to work varied hours and have full weekend availability. We are looking to hire a few part-time Retail Associates who can work 24-29 hours a week.

We plan to have our dream team ready to start on May 20th. Our team will be reviewing and scheduling first interviews from April 16th - April 26th via zoom. Second interviews will be scheduled in person during the week of April 29th- May 2nd.

We have come a long way since the garage days! Portland Leather Goods was established in early 2016 by our founder Curtis Matsko. Before Portland Leather Goods, you couldn’t find a simply designed, affordable bag made from high quality full–grain leather. Even if the aesthetic and the price were right, the leather felt and looked cheap, or worse, it wasn’t even real leather! In order to get a beautiful full grain leather bag, you had to spend a fortune. We’re proud to make a leather bag with classic appeal at a price everyone can feel good about.
