The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing email campaigns that ensures our customers receive designs that are not only a treat to the eyes, but also effective in achieving conversion goals.

As an Email Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute email campaigns that align our marketing objectives while simultaneously engaging, and nurturing our audience.

Responsiblities

• Design visually compelling email templates and layouts that reflect our brand and messaging.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and imagery to enhance email content and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing design team to develop email campaign strategies and concepts to mesh creative with analytics.
• Optimize email designs for mobile responsiveness and deliverability.
• Conduct A/B testing to iterate and improve email design and performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing design.
• Conduct reports on email data and results of campaigns and tests.
• Develop spreadsheets to analyze and track data.
• Source appropriate images for email campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 4 Years of Email Design experience
• Proven experience in email marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and past email campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma experience preferred
• ESP experience, preferably Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional visual experiences.
• Familiarity with Monday Task Manager and Dropbox preferred
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with other team members
• Open to constructive feedback and a desire to constantly improve
