Portland Leather Goods is seeking a NetSuite Analyst with expertise in supply, manufacturing and ecommerce business functions and integrations. The NetSuite Analyst role will provide internal support for Portland Leather Goods NetSuite ERP users across ecommerce order integration, purchasing, warehouse operations and inventory management.

This role will be responsible for support and maintenance of existing integrations into our NetSuite environment. These include, but are not limited to transaction workflows in Celigo, various 3PL technologies and integrations. The ability to diagnose transaction issues through workflows as well as tracing operations through scripting elements will be central to this aspect of the role.

This position requires excellent customer service-oriented skills coupled with fast problem solving and to keep users productive in using NetSuite. You will be instrumental in determining the nature and severity of errors and to direct the issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution. 

 Responsibilities

• Serve as the ERP technical support expert for Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing 
• Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking business insights
• Work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and issues and assess how NetSuite can be utilized as a solution to ongoing issues within business operations that can be addressed with an ERP system.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices
• Perform in depth analysis to determine root cause if possible and work with developers on clarification of end user issues.
• Support the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and applications.
• Conduction training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features
• Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, projects, change request and support tasks for the entire NetSuite application and ecosystem
• Collaborate with Executives to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes
• Celigo workflow design, maintenance and troubleshooting. Create new dashboards, saved searches, custom reports and fields, as well as creating custom workflows.
• Provide technical expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration
• Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track performance.
• Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements to drive efficiency. Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of NetSuite features.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP systems with at least 3 years spent inside of NetSuite ERP platform.
• Experience building and maintaining system integrations with common middleware platforms and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the Celigo integration platform and its capabilities.
• Experience in supply, manufacturing, and Ecommerce business is a plus.
• NetSuite certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business, or related technical degree preferred
