As a Paralegal with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients, contributing to the success of our legal practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Manage and organize case files and documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and other appointments.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
  • Prior experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Oregon state and federal court procedures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with litigation support software is a plus.
