Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and nurturing potential client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are driven to succeed, learn, and grow within the company. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary to excel in this role and progress into a Sales Representative position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Utilize a construction projects database to identify prospective clients and market opportunities.
· Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and email.
· Collaborate with Sales Representatives to develop and deliver effective sales strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
· Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and mentorship.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Ultimately, this position will transition into a Sales Representative role requiring the management of assigned accounts. This position involves fielding inbound inquiries, estimating costs associated with manufacturing bolts, applying a markup, presenting the quote to the customer, and closing the sale.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales and account management career.
· Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior team members.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
