Individuals who enjoy working in a small business retail environment, love meeting new people, and can provide a high level of service to our customers! Hello From Portland has been operating in the downtown area for over the past five years. We are newly relocated in the heart of Downtown’s Pearl neighborhood near Powell’s Books and next door to the Portland Armory. We've had a tremendous amount of success as we continue to grow and evolve in our new space. We are excited to have this sales position open!

Individuals who apply must have Retail and/or Customer Service experience, be dependable, organized, self-motivated, and consider themselves a team player. This role is ideal for people who possess strong communication skills, enjoy the process of connecting and collaboration with a small team.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable with asking questions and learning new skills

* Able to work a consistent schedule with weekend availability

* Dependable and Accountable for their own actions

* Proficient in basic computer skills

* Follow CDC and State Covid-19 Safety Guidelines

* Apparel/Art/Beauty retail experience is a plus

* High school diploma, or equivalent required.

* Loss Prevention, and de-escalation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
