Popmenu, LLC is Hiring a Lead Salesforce Administrator Near Atlanta, GA

Are you excited about creating a Salesforce instance that drives business outcomes and seeing your work make a difference? Does ensuring processes are smartly designed make your day fly by? Does creating user stories and documentation leave you feeling fulfilled at the end of the day? Three times yes? Sounds like we found a match!

About This Opportunity:

Popmenu is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Salesforce Administrator who will own our Salesforce instance. The Lead Salesforce Administrator is an integral member of the RevOps (Revenue Operations) team and is responsible for administering the CRM system, providing user support, and problem resolution for 100 users. The Lead Salesforce Administrator will work cross-functionally to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and adoption of the platform as well as being responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

\n

What's on Your Plate:

  • Lead from the Front: Lead a team of Junior Salesforce Administrators. Define our devops process from sandbox and deployment best practices to UAT and regression testing.
  • See the Big Picture: Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Ensure declarative implementation work meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade other business processes on the platform
  • Be a Change Agent: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our company to enable change, help accelerate innovation, and ensure internal customer satisfaction
  • Be a Problem Solver: Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and fellow technologists to proactively administer our Salesforce instance, and collaborate to develop solutions to the problems
Bottom line - in this role it is your responsibility to make sure our Salesforce instance is thoughtfully designed with an intuitive end-user experience and scalable processes
What's in it For You:
  • Design and solve technical challenges with declarative solutions including advanced Flows.
  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Propose innovative, outside-of-the-box solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging Salesforce capabilities that achieve results
  • Implement integrations like Docusign, Chargebee billing, Salesloft, leandata, zoom info, etc.
  • Champion the adoption and implementation of Salesforce Lightning features to elevate user experience and productivity
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Salesforce Admin Certified
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in and building in Salesforce Lightning sales and service cloud
  • Experience with a modern revenue tech stack: Salestorce, zoominfo, slack, Salesloft, etc.
  • You start by starting, even when (or especially when) the problem and/or solution is not yet well-defined. You have a bias to act first and iterate rather than hold out for the 'perfect' solution.
  • You've created solutions to complex business problems that are scalable and easily transferable to the go-to-market teams.
  • Be a subject-matter expert on flow, data cleansing, and integrations
  • You get into the details to proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • You have an attitude that truly nothing is "not your job." You feel excited by the need to act like an owner to solve problems and dig in, wherever needed.
  • You have a history of making your role better than you found it because you lean into continuous improvement and an agile environment experiment, measure, reflect, and Iterate.
  • You actively fight against learned helplessness (e.g., we've always done it this way), constantly seek opportunities to eliminate, optimize, or automate, and proactively deliver improvements that save time and simplify.
