Property Manager - Competitive salary

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager and be part of overseeing the performance and success of a designated group of properties within our national portfolio. We're dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering a positive experience for both property owners and tenants.

Responsibilities:

•Manage the overall performance of assigned properties within our national portfolio.

•Utilize provided dashboards to monitor property conversions, leasing progress, work orders, renewals, terminations, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

•Ensure that owner and tenant expectations are met by maintaining high standards of customer service. Address concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.

•Act swiftly to resolve concerns and eliminate roadblocks that may hinder property performance or customer satisfaction.

•Work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery across properties.

•Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in presenting performance updates as required

•Attend court showings

•assist with signing necessary paperwork for leases and renewals.

Qualifications:

•Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management or a related field.

•Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software and tools. Understanding of leasing, work order management, and tenant relations.

•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with property owners, tenants, and team members.

•Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and implement effective solutions.

•Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple properties simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

•Must have an active Broker License and be willing to affiliate their license with Poplar.
