POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Warehouse Manager, you will manage inventory and warehouse associates. This role has you managing and organizing products according to Poolman policy and ensuring the availability of service professional equipment, including vehicles and facility management.

The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the General Manager on all aspects of their business management responsibilities. This position requires a close interface with the management team, customers, and all other pool service-related personnel.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise equipment and team to deliver a premium customer experience directly reflective of our company’s high-level standards
• Maintain a safety-first culture that is apparent in every operation daily
• Assist with maintaining business needs
• Ensure end-of-day tasks are completed including vehicle maintenance and warehouse maintenance
• Quantity control around the warehouse

SALARY

$60,000 - $65,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience in facility management and vehicle maintenance is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Prior warehouse management maintenance experience is necessary
