About the Position Pond, an award winning Architectural/Engineering firm, is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to work in our Human Resources department. This position is ideal for a college graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Responsibilities: Learn all facets of the HR work cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, and HR operations. Support the creation of documents and materials (e.g. reports, presentations and job aids). Develop a knowledge and understanding of processes within the department and throughout the organization. Provide general administrative support as needed. Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database. Update and maintain employee manual and other HR forms as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives. Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management. Provide tactical department support toward the achievement of organizational objectives. Qualifications: BS degree preferred in business, human resources, psychology, marketing or a related field. 0-2 years of experience Self-motivated with ability to excel within a growth-minded organization Prior Intern/Co-Op experience is also preferred Excellent reporting and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Excellent administrative and organizational skills The ability to work as part of a team At Pond, we are a collaborative, innovative team in an environment that fosters learning and professional growth.
