Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. As the Cafeteria Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the cafeteria, maintaining high-quality food production, and providing exceptional customer service.

Shift: 5:45am-12:45pm

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the cafeteria, including food preparation, serving, and cleanliness
- Supervise and train cafeteria staff, ensuring they adhere to food handling and safety guidelines
- Plan menus and order food supplies based on dietary requirements and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of food items
- Coordinate catering services for special events or meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized cafeteria environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry or hospitality management is required
- Strong knowledge of food production, dietary requirements, and food handling regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in menu planning and ordering food supplies
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
