Job description

• Maintain company general ledger and in charge of the month-end closing process.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and post journal entries accordingly.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statement reporting and related financial analysis schedules.
• Prepare sales tax filings, 571L, annual licensing and reporting.
• Support accounts receivable with daily functions and operations.
• Perform other accounting duties or projects as needed.

Job requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in financial statement preparation
• Computer literacy, especially familiarity with Excel, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Quickbooks.
• Detail-oriented and must be a team-player.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage different financial duties.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
