We are looking to fill our Creative & Brand Manager role in our Kansas City or Atlanta office.

Overview:

The Creative & Brand Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of creative development work from concept to completion. They will oversee the creative direction for all internal and external creative projects. As a Creative & Brand Manager, you will implement standards that reinforce the Firm’s brand strategy and quality. This role will manage and develop a team of graphic designers, a project coordinator and vendors. In addition, the Creative & Brand Manager will lead the development of creative briefs and utilize design methodologies to meet business objectives and timelines of our stakeholders. They will continually evolve the brand using the most effective tools and techniques across all forms of media. The role will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Own the firm’s brand identity and continual strive to visually promote Polsinelli with our clients and our internal stakeholders.
• Lead art direction and creative strategy to strengthen the brand and ensure cohesive visual identity and tone across all touchpoints including, but not limited to, photography, e-communications, event collateral, video, social media, print, and website.
• Seamlessly lead the entire creative process from concept/design, brand development, production, and delivery while maintaining high-quality standards – supporting the use of properly licensed media.
• Ensure clear and comprehensive brand guidelines across all mediums.
• Mentor, train, and inspire all team members to meet firm, department, and professional goals.
• Bring new, creative ideas and approaches to our creative marketing and brand strategy, including new ways to deliver our message across our various markets. Support team awareness of new trends in the fields of marketing and design.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent project management, and communication skills.
• Evaluate and elevate processes and best practices for the creative team.
• Utilize hands-on experience in developing and managing creative strategy and solutions across all design mediums, motion, and video.
• Collaborate with leadership, peers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain organization, detail-orientation, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Design and produce marketing assets including presentations, one-pagers, ads, case studies, email headers, etc. for stakeholder use.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premier experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a creative leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in developing and managing creative strategy and solutions across all design mediums, motion and video
• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• In-house marketing experience preferred.
