Be a part of our growth as a Brand Ambassador/Lead Generator!

You will earn a starting hourly base of $18.00 plus UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUSES. Last month, 50% of our Lead Generators average earnings were between $25 - $28 per hour.

We are looking for a few well-spoken, energetic Lead Generators to explain our Gutter Helmet products and services to homeowners visiting events, festivals and various other retail outlets.

As a lead generation position, this role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. A very independent position, Lead Generators travel to and from events with setup items occasionally, so reliable transportation is required.

• Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone
• Setting qualified appointments
• Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals within system guidelines
• Handling every prospect and customer with best-in-class product knowledge, knowledge of competitive products, empathy, and world class service

Our Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to comfortably approach and interact with the public.
• Enthusiastic attitude and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
• Be able to work weekends and additional days during the week.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to set up demonstration space
• Pass a pre-employment background check
