Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team for the Summer as a Brand Ambassador. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. This role offers flexible hours and an exciting opportunity to represent our brand at various events and engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at events, dispensaries, and other promotional opportunities to educate them about our products and brand.
• Create a memorable and positive experience for consumers by engaging with potential consumers, helping to destigmatize the stigma associated with cannabis.
• Set up and break down event materials, including tents, tables, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor while representing the company in a variety of settings
• Assist with checking out customers who make purchases and sampling activities
• Prep prior to events at the storage unit.
• Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE KC LIVE DISTRICT
• Possess a very outgoing and captivating personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate product information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations (preferred but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations

Compensation and Benefits

$20.00 per hour.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This job requires hours outside of normal business hours. This position does

require some evening and weekend work depending on the event schedule. Please

confirm with the supervisor regarding the expected working schedule.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area

and overnight travel may be expected.

Work Environment

There may be early mornings or late nights and work will primarily be performed

out of the office and at dispensaries or other industry events. This position will

require flexible hours and your own reliable transportation for transporting

product and materials. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to

moderate.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be

met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to

communicate effectively. The employee frequently is required to set up heavy

equipment, move boxes, folding tables, bins of merchandise, tents, banners, and

other materials as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such

as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be

able to stand and talk with others for up to 4 hours at a time.
