Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!
- Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service.
- Communicate with technicians and other departments.
- Answer incoming calls and text messages to close out calls for technicians.
- Maintain scheduled calls in our software making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed.
- Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Make sure all time sheets are updated daily.
- Other assigned duties as directed by management.
