Polish Care Services is Hiring a Hiring Office Coordinator Near Sarasota, FL

We are seeking to Hire an Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical, marketing and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite employees and clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Communicate and meet sales and marketing objectives
  • Communicate organization policies
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of financial software systems
  • Communication in English, Polish or Ukraine
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
