Job Summary
As a Polaris Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales.
In the car business, you are selling something people need : transportation; here, you are selling what people want : passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Polished product presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to create new and used sales, and meet the minimum sales quota according to dealership standards.
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales.
