As part of Polaris Health & Wellness, Ashton Court is part of a small but growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with locations in Missouri. Each of our facilities has a dedicated in-house therapy team that offers local leadership and facility level decision making - allowing our therapists to practice at the top of their license. We see a diverse and interesting patient population with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.

Day in the Life of a Physical Therapy Assistant:
- Under the supervision of a physical therapist, determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
- Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
- Maintains detailed and accurate documentation of all goals, treatment and outcomes

Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
