Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide

• Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
• Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are always followed
• Planning menus alongside Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors
• Properly transporting and storing dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc
• Cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine and dish room
• Scrape, stack, wash, & sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong candidates will at have at least 1 year experience
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
