Polar Beverages is Hiring a Human Resources Recruiter Near Fitzgerald, GA

Overview: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Recruiter will manage all aspects of the recruiting process for Polar Beverages Georgia facilities. They will also assist with other HR related projects as needed. *This is an in-office position, remote work will not be considered*

Responsibilities:

  • Places advertisements in all types of media for open positions for Polar Beverages (really, ZipRecruiter, local job boards, etc.)
  • Utilizes all avenues to source and recruit candidates for open positions:
  • Attend job fairs and other community events
  • Working with staffing agencies when needed, to fill project or specialized roles.
  • Works with the ADP requisition/application system
  • Pre-screen applicants in ADP system and by phone
  • Determines qualified applicants by pre-screen interview and applicant responses.
  • Forwards applications to Managers for their review
  • Responsible for Full Cycle Recruiting including setting up drug screening, background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.
  • Works and communicates with all managers for both companies regarding their hiring needs. In person or phone communication must be done to all hiring managers on a monthly basis.
  • Multitask, able to manage time and be well organized.
  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow associates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience recruiting in full life cycle environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
