This individual must be a technologist & engineer ar heart and be comfortable in defining the technology direction and being hands on with the execution of the strategy.
Implement effective strategy, processes, and metrics both in-team and across the engineering organization
Develop strategies and plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to meet the needs of the changing organization
Develop and implement new, scalable and sustainable technology solutions and IT service offerings that maximize the department's internal and external resources, focused on quality, effectiveness, and value to the business
Ideal candidate must be data-savvy, analytical, and should be able to define the metrics and tracking that the team can use to ensure we are delivering on our commitments
