JOB SUMMARY: Clinical Outreach Specialist

Join our mission to expand access to groundbreaking mental health treatments as a Clinical Outreach Specialist at Pneuma Behavioral Health. We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to amplify our clinical services, including our new TMS therapy program, and be instrumental in growing our practices. In this crucial role, you will act as the primary link between our behavioral health practices, the surrounding communities, and referral sources.

The Clinical Outreach Specialist is responsible for creating demand for each practice’s services by employing strategic marketing tactics and robust sales skills. Collaborating closely with our Director of Communications, you will foster a professional public image of our facilities and drive our strategic sales initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include enhancing each practice’s brand/image, managing and optimizing outreach efforts, overseeing your assigned territory, and contributing to the achievement of both departmental and overall business objectives.

Position Reports to: Director of Communications

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Lead the charge in building and nurturing relationships with referral sources across the Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC regions.
• Devote 3 days a week to in-person meetings with providers, leveraging your strategic marketing prowess to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies to better support and engage healthcare providers, community groups, and other referral sources.
• Educate potential clients and referral partners on the transformative benefits of TMS therapy and our suite of services.
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, presentations, and networking events both in person and virtually.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling materials and campaigns that showcase our unique offerings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM technologies
• Experience in social media and copywriting a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building skills
• Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential referral partners (within a 1-hour radius)
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving results
• Comfortable advising and presenting to senior personnel

Pay: $19.95 - $24.03 per hour
