INTERN POSITION
We are seeking a talented and creative Outreach Coordinator/Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for contacting, presenting to, and developing referral relationships to ensure a continuous flow of referrals while branding the Comfort Keepers’ name in the local market. In addition, you manage and execute our social media strategy, create engaging content, and build strong online communities. Outreach Coordinator responsibilities:

• Finds and develops relationships with referral sources in the healthcare community.

Organizes the territory into geographical zones. Establishes a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool.

• Conducts at least 10 visits per week-mix of medical and non-medical and follow

ups. Tracks networking efforts and reviews/reports weekly with General Manager.

• Represents Comfort Keepers in the most professional manner at all times. Dresses appropriately and talks favorably about others.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Write, review and edit marketing material and coordinate social media activities. This role will work collaboratively with staff to promote goals and messages while maintaining and aligning with Corporate Comfort Keepers message and brand.
• Understand the goal, audience, and message of a campaign and create copy to suit.
• Research, write, edit and proof* all levels of copy included headlines and body copy, for all online, offline, external and internal needs.
• Build and implement social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support company goals, incorporating Facebook, IG, TikTok, etc.
• Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps.
• Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content to social networking sites.
• Monitor and engage in brand related online conversations.
• Monitor the company's social media performance and utilize where needed.
• Respond to social media inquiries about online activities in a timely and courteous fashion.

Miscellaneous Duties:

• Research and stay up to date on company news.
• Attending any events to capture photos and promote on all social media.
• Submitting weekly timesheet for payroll.
• Submit weekly activity reports at EOB each Friday.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Health Care and Marketing preferred. Experience in home care or other service industry a plus.
• Proficiency in contact management software (Microsoft Office).
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional, business image and high moral standards.
• Reliable Transportation and clean background are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
