Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in tech/lead/QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, leading, and mentoring team members while ensuring proper testing coverage and system reliability. This role involves working closely with QA Analysts and Developers to deliver efficient testing solutions and adhere to project milestones and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Coach, lead, and mentor team members.

- Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure proper testing coverage.

- Comply with SDLC and PMLC methodologies.

- Provide testing management for projects and initiatives.

- Analyze testing needs and develop testing strategy.

- Review test plans, scenarios, scripts, and software documentation.

- Ensure application documentation is complete and updated.

Skills:

- Demonstrated lead experience.

- Previous software development background.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/CICD Pipeline.

- Attention to detail.

- Experience with Karate, Selenium, QFaaS, C#, Angular.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
