PMCO is Hiring an Office Manager Near Rochester, IN

PMCO is hiring for an Office Manager in Rochester, IN!

Salary range & Benefits:

$60K- $70K

Full benefits package

Optional 401K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-3 office staff members
  • Responsible for buying, inventory, and accounts receivable/payable
  • Help with buying, inventory, and money tasks when necessary
  • Make sure office procedures are up-to-date
  • Responsible for recruitment, paperwork, and orientation of new employees
  • Assist with any employee problems
  • Support the Operations Manager

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in buying, tracking inventory, or handling money
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Prior management/supervisory experience
  • Some background in human resources is beneficial
  • Being Bilingual in spanish is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are important

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
