Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering, food service management, and hospitality management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring excellent customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, catering services, and hotel management
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Utilize POS system for efficient order processing
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in catering, food service management, or management
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering services
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
