FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ROLE AND OUR MISSION TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE
The Onsite Support Manager (OSM-AM) ensures the quality and consistency of operations and services within the Plymouth portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing the Float Residential Specialists and On-call Residential Specialist pool to ensure seamless coverage in all Plymouth buildings during staff absences. Managing after-hours shifts is also part of the role, ensuring prompt on-call and float pool services as participation in a rotation with other members of the management team.
During daytime hours, supervision of the Tenant Support Aid program and potentially overseeing Float Housing Case Managers is required, both of which provide support to residents across the portfolio. The task includes promoting collaboration and coordination between these staff and the onsite Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) building teams. Additionally, serving as the primary administrative user for the PSH's shift management software ensures its smooth implementation across the portfolio to prioritize positive user experiences.
Collaborating with Site Directors and Residential Services Managers contributes to maintaining robust staffing levels, fostering tenant housing stability, and upholding fair housing practices in alignment with Plymouth's mission and core principles. Flexibility is evident as working swing, overnight, or weekend hours is required to provide essential supervision and support during the organization's 24/7 operations.
The role integrates managerial oversight, quality assurance, and direct involvement in onsite support services, playing a vital role in Plymouth's commitment to maintaining high-quality operations and supporting the well-being of residents. Additionally, working at least one weekend day is required in this role.

Plymouth Housing transforms lives by providing permanent, supportive homes to homeless people with few other options for housing. Since 1980, weve been providing homes to the most challenged homeless adults in our community. Today, over 1,000 low income and formerly homeless adults live in 14 Plymouth residential apartment buildings in the downtown Seattle area. Another 750 households have found a home in Seattle/King County through Plymouths Shelter Plus Care Program (a federal housing program Plymouth administers for King County). At the heart of Plymouths approach is the Housing First philo...sophy, a philosophy that has proven successful across the country. Without a stable home, homeless people cannot access the assistance they need to address their problems. Lack of a stable home exacerbates chronic medical and mental health conditions, making it very difficult to improve ones life. At Plymouth, we work hard to lower the barriers to housing so that people who are shut out of housing have an opportunity to succeed. Our model of permanent housing, coupled with wrap around supportive services, helps people rebuild their lives, regain their dignity, and leave homelessness behind forever.
