Title: Service Technician

We’re Hiring:

A Service Technician to work at our Kokomo, IN location.* As a Service Technician*, you will be responsible for producing collectable labor repair hours by performing equipment repairs on customer and company owned machinery in a way that contributes to the overall success and performance of the dealership.

What you will be doing:

• Diagnosing and performing repairs on farm equipment machinery and implements.
• Execute safety and work environment policies to maintain shop standards and increase employee satisfaction.

2300 - 2600 average annual work hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Mechanic: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDL (Preferred)
