```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with power and hand tools, and a strong attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing
- Repair and replace pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and valves
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment
- Perform repairs on pool surfaces, tiles, and grout as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with pool equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
