Summary
The Outbound SDR is a high-energy, go-getter, who will proactively seek out current and new sales targets via phone, email, and social media. They will generate interest with existing customers for replacement or new sign opportunities, connect with prospects who are unfamiliar with Watchfire's services, and connect qualified prospects with our Outside Sales team. The Outbound SDR will regularly coordinate with Regional Territory Managers to pursue new prospects and hand off qualified leads to the local sales team.
The Outbound SDR will report to the Sales Development Manager and be part of the Sales Development team. The Outbound SDR will always be on the lookout for new strategies, and they are encouraged to collaborate with their manager and teammates to reach individual and team performance goals.
